Hello – I’m sure not many of you are reading this because today is black-out boozy Friday. Yes, it is officially the most popular UK office Christmas party day….unsuitable people will kiss unsuitable people under plastic mistletoe, directors will tell stories about how it was all much more raucous in their day and more Moet will be drunk than you can shake a bauble at!

According to Wikipedia Black Friday is the last Friday before Christmas, Black Friday is traditionally the most popular night for office Christmas parties. As a result it has gained a reputation as one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants, pubs, and, as a result, the emergency services! This year in fact there will be “booze busses” parading around the capital picking up our fallen comrades commonly found in gutters, various items of clothes missing, often adorning paraphernalia such as comedy reindeer antlers and vomit.
